1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. 365Digital and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms. The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

16. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF. 365Digital or any of its employees or decision makers do not make any commitment for “ranking guarantees.” Because of the nature of the business, apart from the work 365Digital executes there are several other factors that can affect ranking, traffic, sales, leads, or any such benefits which are not controlled by 365Digital. 365Digital does not guarantee any ranking placement on any of the search engines as they are not owned by 365Digital.
